Be Respectful
Mobafy caters to a diverse range of people all of which deserve respect. With this in mind, we expect you to behave sensibly and treat everyone the same. We expect the same level of respect to be given towards new features. If we add a new feature it is in order to improve the site, not to provide you with a new method of abuse, so be act responsibly and inform us if there are any problems.
Use common sense
The rules can really be this simple but should you violate the Terms of Service it may result in a warning or a ban placed on your account. For information on what to do if your account is banned please refer to section 4.3 of the
Terms of Service
Don't post hate speech
While we will give you some freedom of speech there is a fine line between what we class as freedom of speech and hate speech. This means that whilst opinions on a subject are more than welcome, opinions that are derogatory towards an individual or group of people because of features such as race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation or disability, will be edited or removed as we deem appropriate as well as any other sanctions we decide to employ.
Spam
We hate spam, just like everyone else, so try to ensure your post is relevant to the topic you are replying to.
Don't do anything illegal.
Although we are quite relaxed here at Mobafy we will not allow anything illegal to be placed on the Mobafy site which includes, but is not limited to;
- Harassment of members
- Threatening actions towards members
- Links to illegal activity
- Invasion of privacy
- Sexual Abuse of Minors
- Hateful Content
If the aforementioned points do occur, or anything else we deem illegal, we reserve the right to revoke membership to Mobafy permanently and, if deemed necessary, alert the relevant authorities.
Graphic violence and gory images.
Mobafy has people of all ages, meaning that not all images are suitable for posting on the website, however if you feel you must post an image that is particularly violent or gory please warn people beforehand, both in the title and prior to the image or video's location in the post.
